The UDS Code of Ethics is a basic element that supports the process of developing the organizational culture in a company. It contains the values considered most important values to the organization. Our Code contains basic rules of conduct developed by the Management Board in cooperation with the employees.

are the values which we consider most important during our everyday work. We feel obliged to comply with them in relations with our clients and associates. These values apply to all employees. The prerequisite for a successful implementation of the Code is to make all employees with the adopted rules, regardless of their position in the company and the scope of their duties.
